Warmth Wellness LLC is a privately owned massage therapy practice that offers various forms massage therapy to its clients. Our company does not sell products or merchandise.

Appointments

 

Scheduling Appointments

 

  • Appointments can be scheduled on our website here.

  • Our website users are required to create a free account with us on our website in order to use our online booking services.

  • Only one client can be seen at a time per session. We do not offer couple's or group massage therapy sessions.

  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 2 hours before the start time of the appointment.

  • Appointments cannot be scheduled more than 90 days in advance.

  • Anyone under the age of 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian present at the time of the appointment to sign a consent form.

 

Cancelling Appointments

 

  • Appointment cancellations can be made either through your online account under the "My Bookings" section, or by calling (347) 394-9765.

  • Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 25% of the of the original session cost.

  • All cancellations are final. If you wish to recover a cancelled appointment, you must go back through the booking process.

 

Rescheduling Appointments

 

  • Rescheduling an appointment can be made either through your online account under the "My Bookings" section, or by calling (347) 394-9765.

  • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late to your appointment, your session cannot be extended and will end at the time originally scheduled.

  • Prices cannot be adjusted for late arrivals. You will be charged the full amount for the session.

 

No Shows

  • If you fail to show up for an appointment without cancelling it in advance, you will still be charged the full amount for the session.

 

Prices

 

The prices listed on our website are the standard prices we charge for their respective services. These prices are non-negotiable. Each of the services we offer have multiple options for the duration of each session. The longer the duration, the higher the price.

 

We also reserve the right to change these prices at any time. If you book and appointment with us, and the price of your requested service is changed afterward, you will only be charged for the original amount of the service at the time your session was booked.

 

Payments

 

Payments must be paid in full at the end of your session. We accept cash and any US-issued and most internationally issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. The following card types are accepted:

 

  • Credit

  • Corporate

  • Debit (processed like credit)

  • Prepaid

  • Rewards

 

We do not accept checks.

 

Health Insurance

 

We are unable to accept health insurance at this time.

 

Health and Safety

 

In order to plan for a safe and effective treatment session for you, we will ask that you provide us with some information regarding your health and medical history. Such information may include, but is not limited to your current medications, health conditions, pregnancy status, allergies, and any additional health information you would like us to be aware of.

 

Confidentiality

 

All information you provide to us and any information related to your usage of our services is confidential. We will not discuss your visit with anybody outside of our staff without your expressed permission.

 

Disclaimer and Liability

 

  • If you experience any pain or discomfort during your session, it is your responsibility to immediately inform your practitioner so that the appropriate changes can be made to adjust the experience to your level of comfort.

  • Massage therapy is intended to enhance relaxation, reduce pain caused by muscle tension, increase range of motion, and improve circulation. It is not a substitute for medical treatment or medication administered by a licensed health professional.

  • Massage therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness. Anything said during your session should not be construed as such.

  • Massage should not be performed for those taking certain medications or who have certain medical conditions. It is your responsibility to disclose your health conditions with us and to answer all questions honestly. In addition, you are also responsible for keeping your therapist up to date with any changes regarding your health.

  • Your therapist, along with Warmth Wellness LLC are not liable for any injury or harm resulting from your failure to disclose any pre-existing condition, limitation, or specific sensitivities, or your failure to inform your therapist of any discomfort during the massage session.

  • The services we offer are therapeutic. Any sexual remarks or advances will immediately terminate the session and you will be charged the full price of the session. Warmth Wellness LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if the therapist feels threatened or compromised.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

 

We may update our terms and conditions from time to time as we see fit. We will notify you of any changes and will publish the revised version of our terms and conditions on this page. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

 

You are advised to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to our terms and conditions are effective when they are posted on this page.
